step by step
• Request your commission via form, or contact me by Twitter or Instagram. Describe your commission type and idea including visual references and your PayPal email for invoicing.
• A 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 50% due after sketch approval.
• The sketch stage includes two free revisions (additional revisions will cost $15+).
• After the sketch is approved, I will send the second invoice.
• The artwork will be completed within 2–4 weeks. Feel free to reach out for updates during this time.
• Once the commission is completed, I will send you the final high-resolution file via email.

terms of service
General
• Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
• My artwork may be used for personal display, such as profile pictures, banners, posting on social media with credit, or printing for personal use.
• AI and NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions that are outside my abilities or for subjects I do not draw.
• Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within one week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
Payments & Fees
• All payments require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after sketch approval.
• The invoice must be paid within 72 hours. Otherwise, the commission request will be canceled.
• Cancellations can only be made before the invoice is paid.
• Due to limitations in my country, PayPal does not allow me to issue full refunds without significant fees. For this reason, refunds will only be processed if I am unable to complete the commission due to circumstances beyond my control. With this in mind, please make sure you’re ready before commissioning me.
• You receive 2 free revisions at the sketch stage. Additional revisions cost $15 each and must be paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback during the sketch stage.
• Commercial use requires an additional fee of 100% of the base price (x2 total).
Deadlines and Delivery
• Commissions may take 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity or personal circumstances.
• I will keep you informed if any delays occur.
Intellectual Property Rights
• I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork and reserve the right to share it on social media or include it in my portfolio. The client retains all rights to their original characters and may use the artwork for non-commercial, personal purposes only.
Final Agreement
• By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
